HERAKLION art is a non-profit arts organization, founded in 2016, with the aim of curating original and innovative individual or group cultural projects, that will cultivate and promote the modern cultural potential of the city and its interaction with society as a whole. . Since our founding we share a common vision: to create and participate in projects that are visionary, innovative and inspiring.
HE.art focuses on new ways of artistic expression in direct relation to the public space. Through its actions, HE.art wishes to contribute to the emergence of new people, ideas and proposals.Our fields of action concern various fields of culture, in order to emphasise the peculiar relationship of art with education and culture. To achieve its goals, HE.art focuses on activities related to the fields of culture, art and education, on actions that offer opportunities and support free creative expression, while at the same time relying on cooperation with other bodies, support and promoting the idea of active participation through new forms of social involvement, in activating the local community, supporting the ideas for the development of the community.
The founding team of HE.art consists of people with years of service and experience in the field of fine and applied arts, education and culture.
In 2017, HE.art became a member of the "European Network for Education and Training, EUNET", which is a network of 70 members in 22 countries.
Η HE.art είναι μια μη κερδοσκοπική οργάνωση δράσης πολιτισμού, η οποία ιδρύθηκε το 2016 στο Ηράκλειο Κρήτης. Η HE.art επικεντρώνεται στην αναζήτηση νέων τρόπων καλλιτεχνικής έκφρασης σε άμεση σχέση και συνάρτηση με το δημοσιο χώρο. Μέσω των δράσεών της, η HE.art επιθυμεί να συμβάλλει στην ανάδειξη νέων ανθρώπων, ιδεών και προτάσεων.
Σκοπός της HE.art είναι η δημιουργία εναλλακτικών θεσμών, που θα καλλιεργούν και θα προάγουν το σύγχρονο πολιτιστικό δυναμικό της πόλης και της αλληλεπίδρασής του με το κοινωνικό σύνολο. Για την επίτευξη των σκοπών της, η ΗEart επικεντρώνεται σε δραστηριότητες που αφορούν στους τομείς του πολιτισμού, της τέχνης και της εκπαίδευσης, σε δράσεις που προσφέρουν ευκαιρίες και στηρίζονται την ελευθερη δημιουργική έκφραση, ενώ παράλληλα στηρίζεται στη συνεργασία με άλλους φορείς, στην υποστήριξη και την προώθηση της ιδέας της ενεργού συμμετοχής μέσω νέων μορφών κοινωνικής εμπλοκής, στην ενεργοποίηση της τοπικής κοινότητας, στηρίζοντας τις ιδέες για την ανάπτυξη της κοινότητας.
H ιδρυτική ομάδα της HE.art αποτελείται από άτομα με χρόνια υπηρεσίας και πείρα στον τομέα των καλών και εφαρμομένων τεχνών, της εκπαίδευσης και του πολιτισμού. Πρόσφατα, η ΗE.art έγινε μέλος του «Ευρωπαϊκού Δικτύου για την Εκπαίδευση και Κατάρτιση, EUNET, το οποίο είναι ένα δίκτυο από 70 μέλη σε 22 χώρες . (http://www.european-net.org).
